Disney Vacation Club (or DVC) is always looking for ways to reach consumers in a way that is both informational and educational, because of its vast worldwide target. To answer this call, each year DVC hosts a series of online shows where viewers can watch exclusive content, and learn more about the club and its vast array of destinations.

As part, DVC reached out to Spectrum with a new creative challenge – to develop a higher performing series with greater consumer engagement! Spectrum jumped on the opportunity and re-engineered the content into a true infotainment piece – starring TV travel host Samantha Brown.

We took a branded entertainment approach to the long-format show, marrying our knowledge of the target, the product, and packaging it up into irresistible content that garnered results.

We created several targeted versions of each show, interstitial modules, along with in-show graphics and supporting microsite materials. And through our work with DVC, Spectrum was able to deliver record-breaking results in attendance and engagement rates.
