Our partners at Disney Cruise Lines engaged Spectrum in a branded entertainment project to premiere a series of new enhancements on its popular Magic cruise ship. A five-part online series, the project highlighted a number of new and innovative spaces that were custom to the ship, all led by celebrity host Danny Forster of the Science Channel’s Extreme Engineering.
Our mission was to create targeted video content which informed viewers about the updates to the ship, as well as garner excitement to try the new experiences and convert into new reservations. We were challenged to highlight this “reimagining” prior to its actual completion, and showcase the targeted amenities for the whole family.
We created a custom ship illustration to help audiences explore all of the incredible updates taking place onboard the Disney Magic.
The online video series, which was distributed on the Disney Parks YouTube Channel, garnered over 650,000 views with increased digital engagement among fans and subscribers.
